Acousto-Magnetic (AM)

High-performance Sensormatic deactivators consist of antennas designed to integrate with compatible NCRVOYIX RealScan™ Bi-Optic Scanner/Scales. After products are scanned and information verified at the point of sale, attached AM EAS labels are automatically deactivated for fast and accurate checkout – even in high-traffic, high-volume locations. The integrated antenna delivers high throughput deactivation, regardless of label orientation, to help improve frontend checkout efficiencies. These true integrated deactivation solutions also help prevent sweethearting, scan avoidance and merchandise switching. The antennas feature a design and geometry unique to compatible NCRVOYIX RealScan™ Bi-Optic Scanner/Scales and must be retrofitted on site. The antenna is located inside the scanner housing to eliminate the need for till point modifications and reduce overall installation costs. The deactivator can be integrated with the Sensormatic Shrink Management as a Service analytics platform, which offers device management and provides predictive insights to help retailers reduce shrink, optimise labour and increase sales.
